During the year Time Wise senior practitioners instruct groups of up to 20 people in a Lean principles simulation, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen rapid improvement event. Courses are structured to admit both “open enrollment” participants as well as customer specific training events. Our clients frequently enroll in one or more Time Wise training events to enhance their employees understanding of Lean or to develop advanced skills in Lean implementation and sustainment.
