The Lean Champion level is intended for the executive who will manage an organization’s overall Continual Improvement Strategy. This level includes facilitation of a four hour long session of Time Wise Principles of Lean and a four hour long session of Time Wise Principles of Lean Supply Chain Management®. These simulations are supplemented by a 20 hour long self-paced distance learning course that reinforces all Lean techniques and best practice learned during simulation execution. This also includes 90 day free trial of the Time Wise Sustainment Manager®.

A participant that receives a Time Wise® Lean Champion designation will have the requisite skills to:
