Experiential simulations quickly bridge the gap between theory and practice. Each simulation is designed to empower participants with an understanding of Lean concepts through a series of interactive presentations and team-based simulation activities. Lean concepts are applied during each round of the simulation which models a realistic operation. Experts agree that experiential simulation training provides the highest degree of learning and content retention. Since 1999, over 320,000 people have been trained using Time Wise simulations.
